??這是一處改建的住宅，建筑背靠著密集的社區(qū)，正前方有著緊鄰社區(qū)湖面的大片空地，遠(yuǎn)處是社區(qū)公園。這里景觀(guān)優(yōu)美，視野開(kāi)闊。

??建筑的意圖是希望將室內(nèi)的生活引到室外，讓業(yè)主可以更好地享受到這片美好的環(huán)境。因?yàn)楸硨?duì)著社區(qū)的特殊位置，建筑被設(shè)計(jì)成了一個(gè)半私密、半開(kāi)放的空間。身處宅院之內(nèi)，視覺(jué)上不容易察覺(jué)到密集社區(qū)的存在，眼里看到的是庭院的近景、湖面的中景和社區(qū)公園的遠(yuǎn)景。 

??It is a rebuilt dwelling with its back against a dense community. Right in front of it is a large open area close to the lake of the community, and a community park can be seen in the distance. The landscape here is beautiful with the wide vision.

??The intention of the architecture is to lead the indoor life to the outdoor so that the owners can enjoy the beautiful environment better. Because of its special position facing away from the community, the architecture is designed as a semi-private and semi-open space. Inside the courtyard, it is not easy to perceive the existence of the dense community visually. What is seen is a close view of the courtyard, a middle view of the lake and a distant view of the community park.

??原有建筑朝向景觀(guān)的立面被全部打開(kāi)，只留下必要的結(jié)構(gòu)。同時(shí)在室外加建了雨篷、生活平臺(tái)及坡道，將室內(nèi)原本孤立的空間引向室外，擴(kuò)展成水平的風(fēng)景線(xiàn)，也將室內(nèi)起居的空間感受擴(kuò)大到庭院，一直延伸到湖面，和遠(yuǎn)處的公園景觀(guān)規(guī)劃成一個(gè)連續(xù)平面。下沉的庭院被設(shè)計(jì)成了一個(gè)坡地，盤(pán)桓的坡道將地下空間和二層納入到這一連續(xù)而立體的景觀(guān)系統(tǒng)之中，與地面的景觀(guān)緊密相連。建筑其他三面被院墻圍合，屏蔽社區(qū)的同時(shí)建立了一個(gè)完整的、只擁有風(fēng)景的空間氛圍。這一切，都是為了讓室內(nèi)生活可以重新回到自然、感受自然。 

??The facade of the original building facing the landscape was completely opened, leaving only the necessary structure. At the same time, awnings, living platforms and ramps have been added to the outdoor, leading the originally isolated indoor space to the outdoor and expanding it into a horizontal landscape, and also expanding the feeling of the indoor living space to the courtyard, extending all the way to the lake, and planning the park landscape in the distance into a continuous plane. The sunken courtyard is designed as a sloping field, which integrates the underground space and the second floor into the continuous and three-dimensional landscape system and is closely connected with the landscape on the ground. The other three sides of the architecture are enclosed by the courtyard wall, which shields the community and establishes a complete space atmosphere having only landscape. All of these is to let indoor life return to nature and feel nature again.

陶磊 Tao Lei

??陶磊，TAOA創(chuàng)始人，1976年生于安徽，1997年畢業(yè)于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院附屬中等美術(shù)學(xué)校，2002年畢業(yè)于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院建筑學(xué)院，現(xiàn)同時(shí)任教于中央美術(shù)學(xué)院學(xué)院，從1997年正式學(xué)習(xí)建筑開(kāi)始，便一直參與中國(guó)的建筑實(shí)踐，秉承設(shè)計(jì)概念應(yīng)與社會(huì)實(shí)際問(wèn)題統(tǒng)一的設(shè)計(jì)原則，2010年開(kāi)始受到業(yè)界及媒體的特別關(guān)注，作品廣泛發(fā)表于各種媒體及國(guó)際專(zhuān)業(yè)雜志，并受邀參加各種專(zhuān)業(yè)論壇及講座，2012年受到中國(guó)建筑傳媒獎(jiǎng)青年建筑師獎(jiǎng)提名。

??The founder and principal architect of TAOA, Tao Lei received his B. Arch Degree from Central Academy of Fine Arts(CAFA) in 1997. He is also the professor of CAFA. Engaged in architectural practice since 1997, he has been adhered to the principal of innovation as well as the consideration of social practical problem. Tao Lei gains widely attention by both Chinese and international media, whose work were widely published in a large numbers of magazines such as World Architecture and Frame etc. For his academic reputation, he was invited to participate in many seminars and lectures. In 2012, Tao Lei won Young Architect Award nomination of 2012 China Architecture Media Awards .
