In every project of his career, whether commercial or residential renovation, Sun Huafeng's design reflects his delicate perception and clever response to life.

In 2020, Sun Huafeng led the renovation project of the cave dwellings in Sanmenxia, ingeniously modifying the classic "one courtyard" layout of the traditional siheyuan to a "two courtyard" structure. This adjustment significantly improved the living experience of the space, blending the tranquility of tradition with the agility of modernity, preserving the historical charm of cave dwellings while meeting contemporary needs for natural scenery, privacy, and abundant lighting. Here, details are no longer decorative, but bridges of function and emotion.

Sun Huafeng, who is passionate about details, said that while we are contemplating spatial structures, technology is subtly changing the way we design. In the era of rapid development of intelligent tools, technology will not replace designers, but will help them focus more on humanistic thinking.
