Design & Manufacturing: A Journey to Chongzhou's Quality Production Design and Manufacturing in Chongzhou: A Transformational Tour

On June 26th, 50 leading designers gathered in the Chongzhou production area, focusing on the core theme of “China Design x China Quality Manufacturing”. This event marked the beginning of an in-depth exploration of the factory floor, centered around the ecological reconstruction of the “Design - Manufacturing” ecosystem. The dual core objectives of the event were to “Crack the Design-Manufacturing Code” and to achieve “Design-Driven Industry Ecosystem Win-win”. The aim was to empower design through quality manufacturing, elevating Chongzhou's home industry from mere production to high-quality manufacturing, and redefining the starting point of the home value chain.

The delegation conducted in-depth visits to 6 factories across categories such as mattresses, ready-made furniture, and customized furniture. They engaged in profound discussions with the enterprises, gaining not only a view of the finished products but also an in-depth understanding of the material characteristics, process logic, and production processes of each factory. This achieved a full-chain control from design concept to production, laying a solid foundation for promoting the transformation of Chongzhou's home industry from “manufacturing” to “quality manufacturing” and for the deep integration of design and manufacturing.

It is reported that Tianfu Beautiful Home will continue to build a bridge between the design end and the production end, promoting a long-term symbiotic ecological closed loop between more designers and the Chongzhou production area.
