Space layout: The kitchen worktop, due to its age, has obvious functional confusion. The washing and preparation areas cross each other, requiring frequent back-and-forth during cooking; the wall tiles have fallen off, both unattractive and unsafe; the old aluminum ceiling is difficult to clean, and the only light source is the central pendant light, making backlit operations the norm; the kitchen also has several blind spots, which are not easy to clean and use. The storage system is a headache. "There are bottles and jars everywhere," Xu Meng points to the crowded cabinets, "Chinese and Western spices are mixed together. The storage space is not only chaotic but also seriously insufficient. Most importantly, Xu Meng is not satisfied with the single-function kitchenware. As a Western cuisine master, he hopes to have an intelligent kitchen with professional Western cuisine-making equipment so that he can excel at home.

Under the planning of designer Wang Wei, Xu Meng's kitchen walls, electricity, waterways, and lighting were all remodeled, achieving optimization in many aspects.

Firstly, the sink position was adjusted to make the kitchen operation path clearer, the washing, cutting, and preparation order more scientific and reasonable, and the movements more smooth; secondly, storage transformation was carried out, with Chinese and Western spices stored separately; kitchen utensils achieved various types of storage, and every knife, every pot had its own place; another detail not to be ignored is safety. The designer added a micro-circulation system in the cabinet space to eliminate the potential safety hazards of the gas pipeline in the cabinet; the kitchen light source was also changed from a single top light to a scattered light source, making the light more even.

The most core change is that the designer uses KeDu's complete kitchen appliances to realize the integration and diversification of cooking appliances. The kitchen is embedded with KeDu's micro-steam oven and grill TR pro, and a pure drinking water machine ZS9, providing professional cooking equipment and pure water source; the old range hoods and stoves are replaced with KeDu's smoke and stove set Y601Z601. Not only can they instantly stir-fry to replicate restaurant-style "wok fume," but also equipped with 30 cubic meters of suction power, achieving stir-frying without嗆人. The dishwasher G200 takes on the problem of washing dishes, with a "top, middle, bottom, left, and right" five-sided spray that is more thorough.

This set of operations not only has various functions but also greatly saves space, making the kitchen more integrated. Xu Meng exclaimed, "I had only expected the old face to change its appearance, but now it has completely changed the new technology!"

As a token of appreciation to the program group, Xu Meng personally cooked a Michelin-level home banquet, including French cream mushroom soup, grilled beef steak, and French baked lamb chop.

The grilled beef steak used the KeDu kitchen's skin-friendly star texture smoke and stove Y601Z601, which released an extra 1000w ultra-strong flame, making Xu Meng very excited. "This flame can be comparable to professional kitchen!"

What truly amazed Xu Meng was the performance of the KeDu TR pro micro-steam oven and grill, a multifunctional godsend that combines steaming, roasting, and microwave functions. With a double hot air system and ±1.5℃ precise temperature control, it conquered this picky chef. "The roasted lamb chop is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and this output is even more stable than our restaurant!" Xu Meng exclaimed in the cooking demonstration.
