Based on this strategic opportunity, JD.com has recently launched a 200 billion RMB export-to-domestic sales support plan. In the next year, JD.com will大規(guī)模采購(gòu) not less than 200 billion RMB of export-to-domestic sales goods, helping foreign trade companies quickly expand into the domestic market.

Responding to the group's call, on April 16, the home and daily commodities procurement and sales team of JD.com's home appliances and home life business group traveled to Nantong, the textile hometown, and held an enterprise symposium in conjunction with the Nantong International Home Textile Industrial Park. They invited the deputy director of the home textile industrial park, the secretary general of the Nantong Home Textile Industry Federation, and the president of the Nantong E-commerce Chamber of Commerce to attend the meeting. They discussed the action plan with 8 leading foreign trade companies with an annual export scale of more than 20 million US dollars, including Nantong Haoruiji, Yiyuan, Xinsheng, and Xinsijia.

It is understood that many foreign trade companies in the Nantong home textile industry chain, which have "exported" for many years, have excellent production capabilities and high-quality products. However, they face severe business challenges in the process of shifting from exports to domestic sales. Under the government-enterprise linkage mechanism, JD.com will provide traffic and operation support to foreign trade companies in the Nantong home textile industry chain, and according to its own channel characteristics, create ultimate cost performance through Jingxi self-operated, and create quality upgrade versions with foreign trade-level national goods standards. Now, it has locked in multiple idle production capacities for docking to achieve efficient resource reallocation.

For the problems faced by home textile enterprises, such as export bottlenecks, order shrinkage, capacity acceptance, and enterprise transformation, JD.com proposes a short-term and long-term solution, that is, to launch a multi-category combination of bedding and sets for domestic sales in the short term to quickly digest foreign trade inventory; in the long term, cooperate with home textile self-operated areas and other ways to carry out long-term acceptance to solve the problem of good goods sales, and help enterprises brand precipitation and transformation. The 8 participating enterprises signed cooperation intention letters on the spot, and the JD team will conduct on-site visits in the future to tailor-made solutions for enterprises, in order to help enterprises smoothly through difficulties through multi-channel collaboration and achieve long-term stable growth.

Binzhou Yuexiao, one of the key assistance objects in JD.com's export-to-domestic sales support plan, is one of the top three domestic home textile companies. It has been providing OEM services for many international brands for a long time. Responding to Yuexiao's difficulties, JD quickly responded with a series of targeted assistance policies. First, give full play to the multi-domain advantages of self-operated, POP, and Jingxi to help Yuexiao quickly open up sales channels, and provide traffic and marketing support; at the same time, JD insights into the current situation of Binzhou Yuexiao's strong supply chain and weak e-commerce operation, and focuses on the bottleneck of its own brand development, discusses the long-term strategy of domestic sales development with the enterprise. JD suggests that Binzhou Yuexiao adopt a multi-brand and multi-price strategy to meet the consumption needs of different groups of people. At the same time, it is necessary to quickly supplement the cutting-edge trend products of the factory to the self-owned brand to enhance product competitiveness.
